What problem are you trying to solve? Are you asking the right question?
Agile Metrics: Ask yourself WHY.
Are you measuring the right things for the right reasons?
Get out of the way!
Why aren’t your team performing better? Are you getting in the way?
Change the conversation
Ban the but!
Predictability: Get over it.
One of the barriers I’ve come across during agile development transformations, is the perceived lack of predictability the shiny new methodology brings with it.
